Mr Naqui was a guest of honour at Lancashire Cricket Club, Old Trafford, to watch England play Australia. Lancashire enjoyed an excellent season under the auspices of their manager Ashley Giles and captain Tom Smith. Mr Naqui helped several key players including their opening batsmen and fast bowlers, speedily recover from hand and wrist injuries during the season.
