This is my second review for Mr Naqui as I am now some months after my second thumb joint arthroplasty. Mr Naqui has undertaken many of these procedures so for this reason combined with my experience of his professional skills and excellent patient manner I returned for the second surgery. Being the proud owner of bilateral thumb joint replacements has for me been transformational. I had lost a lot of strength when using my hands which has now returned. Mr Naquis specialist hand physiotherapist Esther measured my thumb strength pre and post operatively and I have three times the strength post-surgery. In addition to an increase of strength is the aesthetic look as prior to surgery the base of my thumbs were disfigured but are now no longer misshapen and scarring from the surgery is minimal.
