After breaking my finger, I needed to find a surgeon who would ensure the best possible outcome, in terms of function, motion and flexibility. I was delighted to find that Mr Naqui was approved by my insurers.
From my first appointment, through follow ups and physiotherapy, I found Mr Naqui and team approachable and excellent to deal with. His recommendation regarding my treatment was absolutely spot on, and I believe led to the best possible outcome, in terms of time taken to heal, and mobility of my finger.
Communication was always fantastic, mainly because Mr Naqui’s secretary Donna was efficient, pleasant and accessible. Queries about appointments and financial matters were promptly solved, with little fuss.
A major part of my treatment was physiotherapy. Esther, who works closely with Mr Naqui, was excellent. She played a huge part in the successful outcome of my treatment and eventual return to work.
Overall, I feel very lucky that I was treated by Mr Naqui, and couldn’t recommend his team highly enough.
