I can’t recommend Mr Naqui highly enough. I was under his care for over a year, including 2 surgeries on my wrist, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was our very first appointment, after months of struggling to get a clear diagnosis or plan from elsewhere, Mr Naqui identified the problem straight away and set out exactly what needed to happen. That clarity alone made a huge difference. He listened properly at every appointment, explained things clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The aftercare was just as good as the surgery itself, the physio team, particularly Felicity and Esther, were brilliant and a big part of why my recovery went so well.
